AASU-ODR is a web-based platform established to facilitate the resolution of arbitration disputes online, offering parties a convenient, efficient, and cost-effective process. It ensures that all parties are given a full and fair opportunity to present and substantiate their case, with the aim of resolving disputes in an expedient and economical manner.
AASU-ODR offers an online mechanism to resolve disputes that are arbitrable under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with specific reference to Section 29B of the Act. The AASU Rules of ODR provide two options for parties to resolve arbitration disputes online:
